Product Information

All items listed are brand new in packaging (BNIP) and are instocks, no items are on preorder unless otherwise stated.

We will ensure that colours of our actual product are depicted as accurately as the product picture on our website. However, there might be slight colour differences due to different lighting in the photoshoot and your monitor's colour calibration. We will also ensure that measurements of our products are as accurate as possible but there might still be 2-3cm discrepancies due to different measuring method.

Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice.

Payment Details

Please proceed to transfer the total amount indicated to POSB Savings: 128-22903-5 after checking out your orders. Let us know by sending an email to us after transferring, with the subject "Your order number - Payment made" and transaction details (Date & time of transfer and the transaction reference) in the email. Your order status will be updated to 'Payment Received - Processing' and you can login to check after payment is verified.

We accept Internet Banking and ATM transfer. For ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment.  If you do not have a bank account or ATM card, you can do a cash deposit to our account (POSB Savings: 128-22903-5) at any POSB branch.

Payments must be made within 48 hours after order checkout, otherwise the order will be deleted. Please take note that if you are using other banks (UOB, HSBC, etc.) to do ibanking/ATM transfer, it will take 3 working days to reach our bank account. We will notify you once we receive your payment.

Upon making an order you'll receive an invoice from us and email updates when we receive payment as well as the time and day we ship out. Please check your junkmail folder if you do not receive our invoice and order details. 

Delivery Options

We currently only ship locally in Singapore. We understand getting your items quickly is important to you so we make every effort to process your order quickly. All paid packages will be shipped out within 2 working days. NO MEET-UP/SELF COLLECTION!

Normal Postage (Free)
 - Usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.
 - Package will be delivered to your mailbox by Singpost, no tracking is available.
 - Fashion Hooks will not be liable for missing parcels via normal mail. Thus, we highly encourage our customers to opt for Registered Postage.

Registered Postage (+ $2.40)
 - The $2.40 applies to all items you make in 1 order, ie. 5 items in 1 order will only incur a single $2.40 charge.
 - Package will takes 1-3 working days to be delivered to your doorstep, package status can be tracked via Singpost website.
 - A delivery advice will be left on your doorstep if you missed the postman delivery. You can collect your item together with your NRIC and delivery advice at the post office stated after 1 working day.

Speedpost
 - You will receive your order the next working afternoon after we have sent out the package.
 - Free-Of-Charge, for purchases of 10 apparels items and above. 
 - Usual charge of speedpost is $10 per parcel not exceeding 1kg.

A return address will be attached for each parcel. If parcel is returned to us due to wrong address given by you, we will email buyer for the correct address and post out again, but buyer will need to bear the cost of 2nd time delivery. Flat fee of $4.00 is to be imposed for 2nd time local delivery via normal mail and $7.00 for registered mail. This is to cover our administration fee for redelivery of returned mail.

Returns Policy

If you have received an item with a defect, please send an email with a clear picture of the defected product to fashion.hooks@live.com within 48 hours after receiving the product(s). Defected goods must be returned within 3 days from the date you email us about the defects. Email us once you mail out the defected piece.

We will NOT REFUND if item is not returned within 3 days after emailing us. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will issue a bank transfer of the refund amount only when the merchandise is in original packaging and in brand new condition. An email will be sent to you upon completion of refund. 

Refund only for defect or wrong item, strictly no refund for other cases.

By purchasing from us, you are deemed to understand and agree to all the Terms & Conditions stated. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
